*Any article purchased can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of purchase.
*The returned/exchanged item must be unused, unworn, unwashed with original tags/labels attached to it.
*Any article purchased without discount then it cannot be exchanged with the article which is on discount.
*In case of minor defects or damages during delivery Jack Jees can offer discount only rather than exchange or refund.
*This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in a possible way.

*If you request a for a return the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be returned back to you using the same method once we receive the returned order back from customer’s side and confirmed that it meets our stated condition above. *If you request for exchange our team will send you new product and you have to give that old product to our rider customer will be responsible for costs associated with the exchange process The courier replacement facility is available for limited cities only.
