If there are multiple items ordered, will they be delivered at the same time? If not, then will the payment be in portions or otherwise?

In cases where multiple items are ordered, typically we ship all the items in one package. The payment for the order will always be in full at the time of delivery. Customers will be notified in case of any exceptions, and payments will be adjusted accordingly.

What are the delivery charges?

Free delivery on all orders inside Pakistan. For international orders, Shipping Charges depend on the delivery location and package weight

Is my peronal information kept secured?

All payment and shipping data presented by our clients is kept secure and classified. Only approved personnel have access to this data.

 

How do I check the delivery status & order history?
Login to 'My Account' to view your orders and their statuses.

How shall I make a payment?
There are two ways to pay your bill
a. Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay cash at the time of delivery when rider come to deliver the order
b. Direct bank Transfer: You can pay to our bank account directly, details will be shared  when clients placed order and choose DIRECT BANK TRANSFER option.


What if I forget my password, how will I retrieve it?

Please click on “Forgot Password” which is available at the sign-in page. Enter your email address and click on “Submit”. A set of instructions to re-set your password will be sent to your registered email. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.

Is there any confirmation required to get my order through?

After you have placed the desired order, we follow up by calling the customer on the provided phone number. This process only helps us to improve our delivery system. Please note Jack Jees holds the right to process your "Cash on Delivery" order without order confirmation for regular customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches and other promotions.

Do I need to keep my account information up to date?

Yes! Updating your account will help us identify the right products that you may be interested in. Also, by keeping all your information up to date you won’t have to re-enter your details when shopping online, hence making the process easier for you.

How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. However, the order would be shipped only when payment verification is complete (in case of online payments) or telephonic verification of shipping address has been carried out (in case of Cash On Delivery).

How can I update/edit my shipping or billing address details?

Please sign in and click on “My Account”. You will be able to edit/update your particulars in your account and save them for future orders. If you wish to change the delivery address for a placed order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will make the requested changes if the order has not been processed.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. We typically ship orders by 1 pm on the next working day after the order is placed.

 

How do I complete or check out of an order?

  • Once your shopping cart has all the items that you wish to purchase, it’s time to checkout by making payments and entering your delivery address. This is made much easier if you’ve already signed with jackjees.com. If you’ve signed in to jackjees.com, the billing information will already be entered into the billing information screen. If you haven’t signed in or registered with jackjees.com, you will be required to enter all the mentioned information.
What if I don’t get a confirmation email?

A confirmation including Sales Order Summary is essentially a soft receipt that should be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, call Customer Service at  +92 332 2175143 to confirm your order

Can I add items or make changes to an existing order?
It is only possible to add the items in the order before it has been dispatched. Please call Customer Care at +92 332 2175143 and check if your order has been dispatched or not.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available internationally?

Unfortunately, COD is only available in Pakistan.

 How do I redeem a Gift card or discount code?

To redeem a promotional code, simply type in or copy the code into the ‘Gift card or discount code’ text bar on the checkout page.

If an article is out of stock, how can I be informed about its re-arrival?

please call our Customer Support helpline, and we will be more than happy to try and arrange the article you require.

What is the delivery time?

Local order delivery can take between 2-4 working days, and International delivery can take between 7-10 working days; depending on the size and availability of the product. However courier companies take time for villages. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source to process the order.
During SALE delivery time is upto 15 working days

Does the price of the order include shipping charges?

we offer free delivery For all local orders. International orders, shipping charges will be informed to customer via given email address according to the weight of the order and destination

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code while placing an order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, the item(s) will be returned to us.

Can I get the shipping/billing address of an order changed after it has been processed?

It is only possible to change the address of a processed order before it has been dispatched. Please call Customer Care at +92 332 2175143 and check if your order has been dispatched or not.

How can I find a specific product I am looking for?

All our products come with a unique product code/name. Simply enter the specific code/name in the search option available on the website and it will help you find the product of your choice. If you do not receive any results, this means the product is not available anymore.
