We want you to like our products and recommend us to others, but sometimes we understand that size and fitting of the shoes can a make problem when you try it so you might want to TRY BEFORE YOU BUY. So for that we offer TRY BEFORE YOU BUY in this way our customers can easily check/try the order when rider comes to deliver. Rider will wait outside at your home, you only pay once you are completely satisfied. In case you need to exchange for another size or another pair just inform us on our instagram our team will send you new product and will take same time what we took for first order. In case if you were not available or did not get the chance to try the product at the time of delivery then don’t worry we also offer exchanges/returns.
Exchange Policy:
*If you request for exchange our team will send you new product and you have to give that old product to our rider.
*Any article purchased can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of purchase
*The returned/exchanged item must be unused, unworn, unwashed with original tags/labels attached to it.
*In case of minor defects or damages during delivery Jack Jees can offer discount only rather than exchange or refund
