Rider will wait outside at your home, you only pay once you are completely satisfied. In case you need to exchange for another size or another pair just inform us on our instagram our team will send you new product and will take same time what we took for first order. In case if you were not available or did not get the chance to try the product at the time of delivery then don’t worry we also offer exchanges/returns.

Exchange Policy:

*FREE EXCHANGE If you request for exchange our team will send you new product and you have to give that old product to our rider NO ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES for replacements.
*Any article purchased can be exchanged/returned within 30 days of purchase
*The returned/exchnaged item must be unused, unworn, unwashed with original tags/labels attached to it.
*In case of minor defects or damages during delivery Jack Jees can offer discount only rather than exchange or refund.
