Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please initiate the process within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Just reach out, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.

We always upload two to three angle pictures on our website for every product so our customer can check in detail before ordering. We want you to like our products and recommend us to others, but sometimes we understand that size and fitting of the shoes can a make problem when you try it so you might want to TRY BEFORE YOU BUY. So for that we offer TRY BEFORE YOU BUY in this way our customers can easily check/try the order when rider comes to deliver.

Rider will wait outside at your home, you only pay once you are completely satisfied. In case you need to exchange for another size or another pair just inform us on our instagram our team will send you new product and will take same time what we took for first order. In case if you were not available or did not get the chance to try the product at the time of delivery then don’t worry we also offer RETURN & EXCHANGE.
